A Brief History of the Corvette Z06

The Corvette Z06 is a high-performance version of the Chevrolet Corvette. It was introduced in 1963 as a racing package for the Corvette Sting Ray. The original Z06 included special equipment and made it one of the most competitive race cars of its time. In 2001, the Z06 name was revived for a new high-performance Corvette model. Today, the Z06 is raising the bar for what a Corvette can be.

The 2023 Corvette Z06 will be the first retail production convertible to wear the Z06 badge.

The Thurgood Marshall College Fund (TMCF) is the largest organization exclusively representing the black college experience. TMCF member schools include 47 public HBCUs, medical schools, and law schools. TMCF also supports students attending its member schools through scholarships, internships, fellowships, and career development programs.

TMCF got its name after Thurgood Marshall, the first African American to serve on the Supreme Court. Justice Marshall graduated from Howard University School of Law, one of TMCF's member schools.
