2021 Chevrolet Colorado

What's New For the 2021 Chevrolet Colorado?

The 2021 Chevy Colorado trim lineup shortens by one trim from 2020 to give consumers more value overall. The 2021 Colorado hits the streets with a slightly new look for 2021 with some design changes to the front end, including a redesigned front grille to look bolder and more pronounced. The "Chevrolet" name now appears on the tailgate of each trim level. The ZR2, which is the most off-road-oriented of the lot, gets its own set of aesthetic improvements, including restyled bumpers and a new front fascia. Inside, Colorado features more standard amenities for each trim level and an assortment of add-on options.

Which Features Are Available for 2021?

Starting with the Work Truck (WT), there are four trims for the 2021 Colorado. The Work Truck is anything but basic with comfortable cloth-covered seats and hardy vinyl floors. Air conditioning is standard on the WT. You can choose from two body styles for the WT, including an extended cab. Technology comes in the form of a sizeable seven-inch display screen that includes Android Auto, Apple CarPlay, and app support. Moving up, the LT adds heated front seats, WiFi, and OnStar. It also gets a premium sound system.

The Z71 is one of two off-road trims in the Colorado series. The Z71 has a power liftgate, a different suspension system designed for the trails, and custom upholstery. It adds wireless charging to the list of technology. The ZR2 has some stylistic improvements, including unique front and rear bumper designs. It also comes with fender flares and a raised suspension system for greater ground clearance and traction off roads. A spray-in bedliner is included in the ZR2 and offered on the other trims. Any trim can be ordered with leather seats.
