2021 Chevrolet Trailblazer

What's New For the 2021 Chevrolet Trailblazer?

Chevy ended the production of the Trailblazer back in 2009. Therefore, this vehicle is completely new for 202, offering the latest technology, spacious seating and a unique exterior appearance. The new Trailblazers are less bulky than the former models. This unique size measures between the Equinox and the Trax.

2021 Trailblazer Trims & Features

The all-new Trailblazer is offered in five different trim levels. The model L is the base model and comes with an impressive Chevy Infotainment 3 system. This includes a seven-inch touch-screen color monitor, AM/FM stereo, Bluetooth streaming for two devices, Android Auto compatibility, and Apple CarPlay. You will also get Keyless Start, 17-inch aluminum wheels, tinted glass, and halogen head and tail lamps.

The LS model has everything the L model has. Still, it includes a six-speaker audio system, painted 17-inch wheels, available wheel locks, a compass display, folding passenger seats, and carpeted floor mats. The LT model has keyless and remote start, LED fog lamps, roof mounted side rails, cruise control, and heated front seats. The Activ model features a standard ECOTEC 1.3L Turbo engine, dual-outlet exhaust, a skid plate, off-road tuning, trailering equipment, sport terrain tires, and a leather-wrapped shift knob and steering wheel. The top model, the RS, has 18" black aluminum machined face wheels, cloth with leatherette seat trims and deep-tinted glass.

2021 Chevy Trailblazer Horsepower

The Trailblazer gives you two engines to choose from. The ECOTEC 1.2L Turbo engine puts out 137 horsepower and 162lbs of torque. The ECOTEC 1.3L engine cranks out 155 horsepower and 174lbs of torque. The top four models come with available all-wheel drive and three different drive modes. All-wheel drive will give you a nine-speed automatic transmission, and front-wheel drive comes with a Continuously Variable Transmission.

Chevy Trailblazer Safety

If you are easily distracted, Lane Keep Assist with Lane Departure Warning will help keep you in your lane. Lane Keep Assist will gently turn the steering wheel to help you get back in your lane, and Lane Departure Warning will sound an alert to bring your attention back to the road. When traveling at a slow speed, Automatic Emergency Braking will apply the brakes to help reduce the severity of impact. The system works with Forward Collision Alert that scans the road ahead to detect a potential collision. You will also be alerted when someone is following you too closely.
