2022 Chevrolet Blazer Exterior

What's New for the 2022 Chevrolet Blazer?

The Chevy Blazer carries over primarily the same in 2022 as the 2021 model year. However, there are some changes to the trim lineup and power options. The 2022 model year brings a shorter lineup and eliminates the former base engine to provide all trims with more power and better value with more standard features. The Blazer is a popular midsize SUV from Chevy that is a perfect size for families. The Blazer has a comfortable ride and stands out for the generous volume of standard items that it provides on all trim levels.

2022 Blazer Trims & Features

There are four trims to choose from with the Chevy Blazer in 2022. The standard trim in the series is the 2LT. The 2LT has LED lighting and gets 18-inch alloy wheels. Its interior has cloth upholstery and a split-folding layout for the second row of seats. Sound comes from a six-speaker audio system, and the base trim is also equipped with satellite radio. The 2LT has four total USB ports, including dual USB-C ports in the back row. The standard infotainment system has an 8-inch display screen with Android Auto and Apple CarPlay. Those wanting more in the way of amenities can upgrade to the 3LT, which includes heated front seats, a power liftgate, and leather seating in both rows. The 3LT adds more safety technology as well to the base safety package. The RS trim has a stronger V6 engine and more amenities, including a heated steering wheel, a 120V power outlet, and larger 20-inch wheels. You can program the liftgate on this trim, and it also has an enhanced infotainment system that includes navigation. The Premier trim upgrades to a Bose sound system for superior sound quality. It also gets a digital rearview mirror and a camera-based parking system. Heated second-row seats and ventilated front seats are other highlights of the Premier. Wireless device charging also comes with the Premier.
