What Are the 2023 Equinox Trims & Features?
Three trim levels are available for the 2023 Equinox: LT, LS, Premier, and RS. They have heated front seats, dual-zone climate control, blind-spot monitoring, a leather-wrapped steering wheel, a power liftgate, rear cross-traffic alert, and remote start as standard features.
The base model has 17-inch alloy wheels, LED headlights with automatic high beams, a 7-inch touchscreen, a six-speaker audio system, and apple CarPlay and Android Auto smartphone integration. The RS features from the LT's Confidence & Convenience package, black-painted 19-inch wheels, and a black interior with red stitching. The Premier adds 18-inch wheels, a hands-free liftgate, and ambient cabin lighting to the RS trim.

How Much Horsepower Does the 2023 Equinox Have?
The 2023 Equinox has a 1.5L turbocharged engine with 175 horsepower and 203 pound-feet of torque. It also gets an EPA rating of 24 mpg in the city and 33 mpg on the highway, for a combined 27 mpg. The engine is also paired with a six-speed automatic transmission. The Equinox comes standard as a front-wheel drive and all-wheel drive as optional.
What Safety Features Does the 2023 Equinox Include?
The 2023 Equinox comes standard with automated emergency braking with a pedestrian detection system that can alert the driver when there is an impending crash and automatically apply the brakes to help reduce or mitigate the impact. It also has adaptive cruise control and lane-keep assist with lane-departure warning.
With a five-star National Highway Transportation Safety Administration rating, the 2023 Equinox has stability and traction control, antilock brakes, and a tire pressure monitoring system.
