ROCKWALL, TX | 2021 Chevrolet TahoeMarch 15, 2023I would have given higher rating, but while I was there I saw an employee berate a gentleman who made an honest mistake by trying to make coffee. Instead of just stating it was okay and he would fix it, then explain the proper way to get coffee, the older white haired man went on and on about what a mess the young man make. He clearly wanted to humiliate the man who made the mistake. It got so bad that I spoke up and said it was an honest mistake and he was acting like a jerk. You need to better train your people. I run a level 1 trauma center in Critical Care. I understand that mistakes can impact people’s lives. This was not one of those types of mistakes. If you don’t want people to try to make coffee, I would recommend you put the actual coffee maker in the back. I was really disappointed by the clear lack of respect for another human being that I witnessed. To be clear, my service representative was very good and I would give her full stars and recommendation.Response from Reliable Chevrolet
