What's New For the Chevrolet Tahoe 2021?

The manufacturers of the Chevrolet Tahoe 2021 have gone a long way to redesign this new model. Unlike previous models, the 2021 model boasts of additional legroom in the rear ends of the vehicle. There is an extra 3 inches of legroom in the second row, and an extra 10 inches in the third row. Besides the additional legroom space, there is an extra space for cargo, which has gone up from 94.7 cubic feet to 122.9 cubic feet after folding the second and third rows.

Chevrolet Tahoe 2021 Trims and Features

The Chevrolet Tahoe 2021 has six different trim levels. There is the LS, Z71, LT, RST, High Country, and the Premier. In terms of features, the model has a 5.3-liter standard engine, which boasts of a 355 horsepower, and a 383 lb-ft. The engine attaches to a 10-speed automatic transmission. All the trim levels are four-wheel drives and consist of about nine exterior and five interior colors. Some of the standard exterior colors include black, summit white, midnight blue metallic, satin steel metallic, and iridescent pearl tri-coat. The interior color design options include Jet black, jet-black with moch, jet black with ash gray, dark atmosphere with ash gray, and jet black with victory red.

The Chevrolet has some exciting exterior features, including some standard, LED headlamps and LED tail lamps. They also consist of some active front grille shutters, and they shut down at specific times when the vehicle is on the highway. The LS and LT trims have 18-inch standard wheel sizes, the Premier has 20-inch aluminum wheel sizes, and the Z71 has 20-inch wheel diameters, while the RST and High Country have the 22-inch wheel size diameters. Some of the vehicle model's notable interior features include a rear-seat package of 12.6 diagonal LCD touch-screens. It also contains an infotainment system that comes with a standard 10-inch diagonal color touch-screen.

You can choose between different engine options such as the 5.3-Liter Ecotec3 L84 V8 that runs on gasoline, and which has an SAE-certified 355 horsepower/ 265 kilowatts. There is also the 6.2-Liter Ecotec3 L87 V8 that also runs on gas, and it has an SAE-certified power of 420/313 kilowatts. Then, there is the 3.0-Liter Duramax LM2 16, which runs on Diesel. It has a GM-estimated strength of 277 horsepower/ 207 kilowatts. Each of the three engines has a 3.23 final drive ratio and a GM Hydra-Matic and a 10-speed automatic.
